“We’re from San Marcos Tecomaxusco, a small town in the State of Mexico.
El Amiguito was founded in 2019. The name comes from a nickname I was given growing up—people called me “El Amiguito” because I was always kind and willing to help. That same spirit of friendship and community is what defines our business today.
At El Amiguito, we treat everyone like family—our team and our customers. Our mission is to share our love for tacos with the world, serving every dish with heart and tradition.”

We proudly serve the Philadelphia area, including Center City, South Philly, North and West Philadelphia, Northeast Philly, and surrounding suburbs like Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and Bucks County—as well as select areas in South Jersey and Northern Delaware.
